El Campo de Aviación
El Campo Beach is within walking distance of Playa Mora and consists of many kilometers of unbroken fine sand beach with lagoons and tall rock formations. There is a road as well which runs along but away from the beach. The ocean here is not good for swimming as the waves are fierce and the undertow dangerous. However, this is more than compensated for because the beach is free of the debris which comes with human activity. The beach is swept clean at each changing of the tide which makes for marvelous long walks.
The one lot we have currently available for sale in el Campo de Aviacion de Tenacatita measures 28.78 meters (92.7 feet) of beach frontage by 63.67 meters (208.8 feet) long (1,832 sq meters). This lot is approximately twice as large as most of the nearby lots.
